HEROES PROPERTIES LIMITED (HPL) is a Real Estate firm incorporated in 2006 to execute housing projects in Real Estate; provide advisory services to various clients across the real estate sector; and also act as an investment vehicle for real estate projects. HPL has specialist expertise and industry experience in structuring real estate transactions spanning the entire real estate development process. We bring together a select group of real estate professionals with extensive and varied expertise specializing in the processes of creating, improving, positioning or repositioning and disposing of real estate assets.
As advisers to real estate transactions and property owners, our company provides real estate development-related services ranging from site identification, selection and acquisition, best use evaluation, concept development, assistance in obtaining planning and building approvals, managing pre-construction activities, managing teams of development consultants, providing strategic real estate planning, real estate sales and off-take models.
